Our dedicated studios have been specially designed to maximise light and space to create the perfect atmosphere for your exercise class. We run over 65 specialised workout classes each week. Push yourself to the limit in one of our group spinning classes in the Cycle Studio, take a fun High Intensity class with some friends, or tone your body in a Pilates class in the Mind & Body Studio.
