Lisa Siebenmann

I’ve been actively participating in sports since I was about 8. Growing up in the US and therefore growing up in a huge sports culture, I played a number of sports including lacrosse, field hockey and football or ‘soccer’ as they call it and even competed in Basketball on a county level. Later in life I started training with resistance and have thoroughly enjoyed how good it has made me feel ever since.

I joined The Printworks as a member when they first opened in 2007 and decided I wanted to PT there in 2011. I have created a client base full of people of whom I am very proud.

Darren Dixon

My journey through the health and fitness industry is constantly on going, 7 years ago I had 2 major injuries from competitive sports which came with many other physiological complications which I had to first mentally and then secondly physically overcome. Where am I now...The best shape of my life!! Personal training for over 5 years my knowledge and experience is vast as I strive to constantly stay ahead and at the top level within the industry. 2015 has seen the return to competitive sports as I am currently training as an amateur boxer in line for a competitive bout late 2016.
